Craving egg noodles? but you don’t have noodles or Maggi at home? Well, you can still satiate your craving by making noodles from the egg. Let us show you how!
Ingredients:
2-3 eggs
1 tbsp milk
Salt to taste
1 tsp ground black pepper
1-2 tbsp butter
1 small onion, chopped
½ capsicum, sliced
1 small tomato, chopped
2 green chillies
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
Method:
In a mixing bowl, add eggs, salt, milk and ground black pepper and whisk it well. Now, take a frying pan and brush some butter on it. Keeping the flame low, pour the egg mixture and spread it evenly. Cover it with a lid and let the omelette cook on a low flame for 5 minutes. Once it’s cooked, transfer it to a plate and cut the omelette into thin strips and set aside. Now in a frying pan, add the remaining butter, chopped onions, capsicum, green chillies and fry till the onion turn golden brown. Add chopped tomato, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and cook till the tomatoes have softened and oil separates from it. Add soy sauce and ketchup and cook till the excess moisture dries up. Now add the omelette strips, give it a toss and your egg noodles are ready to serve.
