In a large microwave-safe bowl, add eggs, salt, red chilli powder, ground black pepper and whisk it well. Cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Remove it and let it cool. Now cut the eggs into bite-sized fingers. Coat each piece first with cornflour, then dip it in milk and then coat with bread crumbs. Repeat it with all the pieces. In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the egg fingers till they turn golden brown in colour.
